## Prices (per eye, all-inclusive, from the costs page)
- TransPRK: $3500 per eye
- LASIK: $4250 per eye
- CLEAR / KLex Small Incision Lenticule Extraction: $4250 per eye
- Implantable Contact Lens Surgery: $7000 per eye (including the anaesthetist)
- Refractive Lens Exchange: $6000 per eye
- Prices are all-inclusive surgical prices per eye covering pre-operative assessments, the procedure and one year of follow-up appointments; no surcharge for higher prescriptions. Prescribed medications and eye drops are purchased separately so eligible patients can access Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) subsidies for eligible prescriptions; restrictions apply. 24-month interest-free payment plans from $34 a week.
- Assessments and consultations: start with a free optometrist assessment to explore suitability. Every patient proceeding to surgery then has a paid consultation with a specialist surgeon to confirm suitability, discuss the procedure and plan surgery. The consultation fee is deducted from the surgery price for every procedure.
- Medicare does not cover refractive laser surgery or ICL for refractive purposes; cataract surgery and clinically indicated pterygium surgery are Medicare-eligible.
